If I have a nut allergy, can I still eat Pumpy Jackson?
It depends on what kind of nuts you’re allergic to. Pumpy Jackson contains almonds and traces of peanuts due to the environment in which our chocolates are made.
Do your products contain gluten or dairy?
Our products are gluten and dairy free, however, as a precaution we state that all products may contain traces of milk due to the environment in which our products are made.
Are your products suitable for children?
Absolutely! Pumpy Jackson is perfectly safe for children.
Where can I buy your products?
Right here, on this website! or you can see our stockists here http://pumpyjackson.com/stockists/
Why is Pumpy Jackson chocolate better than conventional chocolate bars?
Pumpy Jackson contains no added sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, additives or animal products.
Our chocolate bars are made up of 66% cacao. The difference is, we don’t fill the rest with sugar and other unhealthy ingredients like agave or preservatives. We use almonds, coconut and chia instead.
How is Pumpy Jackson best stored?
Pumpy Jackson is best stored in a cool, dry place between 18C and 23C, or in the fridge away from anything with a strong odour as chocolate easily absorbs odours.
Why is PJ chocolate more expensive than other chocolate brands?
Some of our ingredients cost 20 times more than those you’d find in conventional chocolate bars. To put that into perspective, the sweetener we use costs us $44 per kilo as opposed to $0.80 per kilo for sugar, $8.65 for agave syrup and $5.90 for xylitol.
Is Pumpy Jackson organic?
Not right now but we’re working on this! We are currently developing an organic block.
